Agreement

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of HIVE, operated by IvoryCloud. By signing in or using HIVE, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

The Service

HIVE provides tools to submit innovation ideas, track projects through defined pipeline stages, file tickets, and related collaboration features for authorized users.

Features may change as IvoryCloud improves the platform. Availability depends on your organization’s configuration and your assigned role.

Acceptable Use

Use HIVE only for lawful, authorized business purposes. Do not attempt to bypass authentication or authorization, probe other users’ data, disrupt the service, or upload malicious content.

Do not submit information you are not permitted to share under your employer’s policies or applicable law (including regulated or classified data unless your deployment is specifically approved for that use).

Accounts and Access

Access is granted through Azure AD and organizational policy. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify IvoryCloud promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Content You Submit

You retain rights to content you submit, subject to your organization’s ownership policies. You grant IvoryCloud a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate HIVE for your organization.

Disclaimer

HIVE is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. IvoryCloud does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation except as stated in a separate written agreement with your organization.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law and your organization’s agreement.
